Who doesn’t want to be fit, fine, slim and good looking? The following tips are very useful.
- Write your weight goal & post it such a place where you'll see it everyday.
- Ask yourself why you want to be slim.
- Think the benefits for being slimmed.
- Eat again and again but don’t fill your stomach full. Fill 25% of stomach with food and rest 75% with water.
- Eat very slowly.
- Drink at least a glass of water before eating food.
- Eat fat burning foods. (Read my previous post).
- Exercise – If you want to stay healthy and make weight loss permanent you just can’t do without exercise. Along with cutting down on the fat you eat exercising regularly may be your best ally in improving your all around health and bringing your weight loss under control.
- Be happy: you're OK! Resisting all those tempting foods is NOT going to kill you.
- Look at the mirror again and again.
- You Say to yourself ‘I can lose fat. It’s not a hard task’.
- Just always compare slim body with your current body shape.
- Try to make friends who are well shaped and good looking.
- Rise early in the morning.
- Make ‘Morning walk’ your friend. This habit helps you a lot to achieve your goal.
Your willingness is the main key to success. If you are determined to lose your extra weight, you will surely win the race.
