15 urgent Tips for being slim and healthy.


Who doesn’t want to be fit, fine, slim and good looking? The following tips are very useful.

  • Write your weight goal & post it such a place where you'll see it everyday.
  • Ask yourself why you want to be slim.
  • Think the benefits for being slimmed.
  • Eat again and again but don’t fill your stomach full. Fill 25% of stomach with food and rest 75% with water.
  • Eat very slowly.
  • Drink at least a glass of water before eating food.
  • Eat fat burning foods. (Read my previous post).
  • Exercise – If you want to stay healthy and make weight loss permanent you just can’t do without exercise. Along with cutting down on the fat you eat exercising regularly may be your best ally in improving your all around health and bringing your weight loss under control.
  • Be happy: you're OK! Resisting all those tempting foods is NOT going to kill you.
  • Look at the mirror again and again.
  • You Say to yourself ‘I can lose fat. It’s not a hard task’.
  • Just always compare slim body with your current body shape.
  • Try to make friends who are well shaped and good looking.
  • Rise early in the morning.
  • Make ‘Morning walk’ your friend. This habit helps you a lot to achieve your goal.

Your willingness is the main key to success. If you are determined to lose your extra weight, you will surely win the race.

Do you know your BMI level?

Hi! Friends, who doesn’t want to be fit and fine, everyone wishes to be good looking. Are we conscious about our health? Although almost everyone is conscious about their health now a day, we are in problem to have the same. Why? We want to have a good shaped body. But we don’t want to maintain that. In this site I am going to publish the most useful tips for getting the good shaped figure and healthy condition. This is my very first day. I gathered some important elements related to your health in my site. Hope it will be useful to you. In the very beginning day I want to tell you about BMI. You certainly have heard about BMI already. I want to explain the whole fact so that you can easily refresh your knowing on BMI.

What is BMI?

BMI stands for Body Mass Indicator. This is nothing but the scientific measure that uses to calculate your body fat.

Here I put a BMI calculator on sidebar for you. The process of calculating the BMI level is very easy. Just input your age in the age box and weight in the weight box of the calculator and click on the calculate button, you will get your BMI level instantly. Now you have to know about BMI level. Which level is good and which is not for you. Here for you I am going to explain the BMI level. Just follow the explanation and find your level good or bad.

If your BMI level is 20 or below 20:

This level indicates that your weight may be too low which may lower your immunity. You should gain weight through good diet and exercise habit if your BMI level and body weight are low.

If your BMI level is in between 20 to 22:

Congrats!

It indicates that you have sound health. It is the ideal level for everyone. You can enjoy long life without being disturbed by serious illness because of having healthy amount of body fat. Your body is good shaped.

If your BMI level is in between 22 to 25:

This level is not bad but not as good as the previous one. This level is considered as good by the Doctors. Although you are in acceptable BMI level, you may be benefited from losing a few extra pounds.

If your BMI level is in between 25 to 30:

This level indicates that you are slightly over weight and should lower your extra weight. You are at risk for different disease with your present weight. So loss your extra weight and be fit and fine.

If your BMI level is in between 30 and Above:

This level of BMI indicates that you are not in healthy condition. Your excess weight puts you at risk for heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and many other disease. You can not but lose extra weight.

Please don’t forget that BMI level is not the only indicator of health risk. It is one of many indicators. You should consider some other indicators to be confirmed about your health condition. You have to consider the following factors:

1. Blood Sugar level.

2. Blood Pressure level

3. Cholesterol level.

4. Family History of Different Disease.

5. Diet.
