- After finishing your diner, go straight to bathroom to brush your teeth so that your mouth is feeling nice and clean. It grows the feeling inside you not to eat anything after brushing. Thus you can easily avoid more eating.
- Never avoid Breakfast. Remember it supplies your fuel to make you active.
- Grow a habit of drinking a glass of water just before taking meal.
- Drink at least twelve glasses of water daily.
- Try to increase your physical work. It will help you to burn extra fat.
- Always walk to cover any short distance. Avoid any type of vehicles in that case. This habit makes you more active and long live.
- Walk every morning.
- Do you like to chew gum? If yes, fine it will help you for not taking more food.
- Consult your doc. once after every month even in fit condition.
- Limit, taking wine. If possible, give up.
- Try to be jealous with good looking people.
- At the time of taking bath, rub your whole body again and again. It will help you to burn your fat.
- Try to use full calories that you take whole day long by doing hard labor. Certainly the quantity of hard labor you have to do depends how much calorie you take in a day.
